Pathways offers a diverse array of services and we continually create new programs and service offerings in response to the identified needs of our clients and communities. The common thread is that we provide services in the setting that best meets the client’s needs – home, office, school or community-based location. Face-to-face and telehealth services are offered by experienced staff including trained behavioral health specialists, therapists and professionals.

What Pathways Can Do for You

Behavioral Health

Pathways offers behavioral health services geared toward adults and children across the United States. Our behavioral health services include, but are not limited to, telehealth, home based & intensive home based counseling, school based services and substance use services.

  • School-Based Services – Our counselors are assigned to public schools to assist with problematic and at-risk students. Our services include teacher training, individual counseling, logical consequence training, anger management training, gang awareness, and drug and alcohol use prevention.
  • Substance Use Services – Pathways counselors provide services in home and community settings designed especially for clients with drug or alcohol use problems. We utilize peer contracts, treatment group processes, and a commitment to sobriety among our treatment methods.
  • Home-Based & Intensive Home-Based Counseling – Our home-based counselors provide services in clients’ homes, which can include individual, group or family sessions. We also provide intensive home-based counseling for clients who struggle to cope with everyday situations.
  • Mental Health Assessment and Treatment – Our licensed therapists and physicians provide diagnostic assessment and treatment, including evidence-based cognitive & behavioral therapies as well as medication-based treatment.

Youth Services

We proudly provide a comprehensive line of services designed to meet the unique needs of children, youth and families. Our social service and behavioral-health professionals provide our clients compassionate, professional care in the setting that best fits their needs.

  • Case Management – We supervise all aspects of our clients’ cases and connect clients with the appropriate care, treatment and resources. Pathways serves as the client advocate, arranging for services and follow-up care to assist the client in achieving their behavioral health goals.
  • Foster Care – We recruit and train foster parents and licensed family foster homes to provide 24-hour care to children who have been removed from their homes due to physical or emotional abuse, abandonment, or lack of appropriate living situations.
  • Therapeutic Foster Care – Our 24-hour care is designed for children with serious emotional problems who may otherwise require institutional treatment. We recruit, license and train professional foster-care parents to care for children in need of therapeutic intervention for up to one year.

Autism Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

Pathways autism services include behavior analytic education and treatment in schools, homes and communities, including wraparound services that coordinate care and improve program efficiency and effectiveness.

  • IDD Residential and Day Treatment Programs – In our small supported living environments our on-site qualified staff provide daily living, nursing and community integration services for persons with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Other Services

In addition to our behavioral health, autism IDD and youth services, Pathways also provides health services to adults, schools and families like drug court services, workforce development programs, case management and school-based services.   • Drug Court Services – Pathways offers among the most comprehensive and effective Drug Court programs available to control offenders’ criminal behavior and drug usage while in treatment and under court supervision. Wraparound services address the spectrum of related challenges for these clients, including vocational and educational programs, parenting training, drug testing, and housing assistance to help clients maintain sobriety.

  • Workforce Development Programs – We assist our clients to achieve their greatest potential to obtain and retain meaningful employment. Our services are funded through federal, state and local programs and are customized to meet the needs of job-seekers and the surrounding labor market. Activities range from classroom training of job skills to resume development and employment readiness training.

Pathways at Work

Our Pathways at Work program provides customized webinars, discussion groups, training, tools, and other resources to improve productivity and performance by helping employees manage challenges to behavioral health and emotional well-being.

  • Webinars – Our webinars help employees learn actionable techniques and strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and other challenges to behavioral health and emotional well-being. With both live and on-demand resources, employees learn at their own pace.
  • Discussion Groups – Discussion groups led by Pathways behavioral health professionals provide training and coaching to help employees manage challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Tools and Resources – Our webinars and discussion groups include handouts, checklists, worksheets, and other resources to help employees manage their behavioral health and emotional well-being.
