Jill Winters joined Pathways, one of the largest mental and behavioral health service providers in the country, as CEO in 2018. Pathways' services include programs to help employees manage their behavioral health and emotional well-being. Jill is an experienced healthcare management executive who held positions of increasing responsibility over 20 years at UnitedHealthcare, serving as president of its Medicare and Retirement Central Region and chief field executive officer of its Medicare Solutions Business. She also served as the President of United Healthcare's Secure Horizons Central Division for five years and Vice President of Government Programs and Corporate Affairs for the Midwest region.
