In the state of Maine, Pathways offers services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pathways of Maine.

Pathways of Maine specializes in nonresidential community-based services. Through our Home Based Outpatient Services and Intensive In-Home Services, Pathways of Maine seeks to collaborate with and support community agencies in their efforts to strengthen families, reduce out-of-home placements, and provide youth opportunities to develop skills to become productive, contributing members of their communities. Pathways of Maine has tailored all services by locality to address the needs of individuals, families and communities. Pathways of Maine is licensed by the State of Maine, Division of Licensing through the Department of Health and Human Services.

Pathways’ Merrymeeting Center is committed to the philosophy that children with Autism and related developmental disabilities deserve access to education and treatment that are objectively and scientifically validated as effective and delivered by professionals with specific methodological competencies.

Merrymeeting Center provides services to children between the ages of birth and 20 years of age. Services include early intervention, State Certified Special Purpose Private School, wraparound home and community-based care and treatment, consultation and educational outreach. The staff of Merrymeeting Center includes Behavior Analysis Technicians, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, Licensed Psychologists, Certified Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Case Managers.
