The mission of Pathways is to empower and inspire people to succeed and grow by providing a continuum of integrated human services.
Pathways of Florida is comprised of 14 locations throughout the state, providing Mental Health, Psychiatric, Child Welfare, and Adoption Services. Our goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of the families we serve and empower them to have self-sufficient futures.
In addition to being accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), Pathways of Florida is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families as a child-placing agency and a substance abuse care provider. We are also approved by the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration to provide mental health services through various contracted Managed Care Organizations (MCO).
All of our programs are designed to assist in the support and preservation of families by maintaining children in their own homes, strengthening families, and providing the tools necessary for our clients to become healthy, contributing members of their own communities. To complement the Pathways of FL core programs noted above, a range of specialized services is also available at specific locations. These specialized services include crisis intervention response teams and a wraparound community action team, foster parent recruitment, home studies, supervised therapeutic visitation, and re-entry groups.
Our teams across the state shine with dynamic energy and positivity, are unique in their dedication to provide client-centered care, demonstrate exceptional integrity, exhibit remarkable professionalism, and distinguish themselves by their unending compassion. We demonstrate caring about our clients’ tomorrow through our value base. We are committed to building on client strengths, responding to client concerns, and using natural support systems and community resources to help our clients accomplish their goals.
